No signage advertising units for sale or rent anywhere on property or seen from windows.

An agent or unit owner must accompany all prospective buyers/renters.

Broadway Promenade has a 30% rental cap. All tenants must be approved by the Association. Please read the official Rental Policy.

What amenities does Broadway offer to owners and residents?

Please browse our website for descriptions and photos of the amenities. They include: Pool & Spa; Fitness Center; Men’s and Women’s locker room with a sauna in each; business center with computer/fax/printer/internet access, card table, billiards table, large flat screen TV; social room; club room; library; 24/7 concierge; WiFi; 3 guest suites for rent by residents for guests; on site Management and Maintenance.

How many units are at the Broadway?

The larger 6 story building has 166 units. The smaller 4 story building has 20 units.

Is the building secure?

We have a secured building with Fob only access. We have 24/7 concierge staff. Several security cameras throughout the property are monitored by the staff.

What do the Association fees include and how often are they paid?

The fees are paid monthly. They include water, trash & recycle. The amounts of each unit’s fees are based on the square footage of the unit. If you know the unit # we can tell you the amount. Please call the management office.

Does the building have WIFI?

There is WiFi for a one time subscription fee.

What are the parking restrictions/assignments?

Each unit has an assigned parking space, some have two. Additional spaces are available for lease or purchase. There are a limited amount of guest spaces available for short term visitors.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, owners only, with restrictions. Maximum of 2 pets per unit and they must be under 100 lbs.

How do we get a copy of the Financials and/or budgets?

Financials and Budget info is available at the request of a unit owner only. Send requests to management.

Do you have floor plans of the units?

Yes! You will find them in the section below titled Showings/Listings.
