If you would like a package to be picked up by FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other couriers (other than USPS) on the same day or on a specific day, you must call the courier of your choice and set up a pick-up, once this happens, the courier will be notified and they will add Broadway to their route. Most couriers have different types of transportation, i.e. FedEx has FedEx Ground, Air-saver, etc. and if they aren’t notified with a call, their stop here and the pick-up of the package is not guaranteed. If you have an outgoing time sensitive package this is important to know. Also, a friendly reminder that the front desk does not make pick-up calls but will be able to assist by giving the package to the courier and answering questions about pick-up calls should you have any. Please make sure that all outgoing packages are labeled and sealed.


Broadway Residents ONLY:

The UPS located in our plaza, has extended the courtesy of doing complimentary pick-ups for all Broadway residents. If you would like for your package to be picked up, please call the UPS store directly at 941-552-8557. When placing the call, please make sure to tell them that you’re a Broadway Promenade resident,  if this is not said they will charge for the pick-up. The packages will be picked up at the front desk only, please ensure your package has been dropped off with concierge, has a label, and it’s sealed.
