after hours by appointment. The Front Desk is staffed nearly 24/7 and may

INSURANCE REQUESTS
Your mortgage company may request a certificate of insurance for coverage that
the Association provides, you may forward the request directly to our insurance
agent, Sherri Deer of Atlas Insurance. Please make sure you include your name, your
address at the Broadway Promenade, and a phone number you can be reached if there are
any questions. Via fax 941-552-4139 or email SDeer@AtlasInsuranceAgency.com. If you
